Complete Property Managers
CPM is a medium sized management company that specializes in managing residential and commercial real estate. We currently manage single and multi-family homes, larger apartments and commercial buildings in Albert Lea, MN and South Central Minnesota. As a full service property management company, we offer complete property management services. All of our services are provided to you with no hidden costs.
Construction/Maintenance Crew
We employ a staff of highly qualified carpenters and skilled laborers to help us meet our goals. Whether it’s a simple faucet leak to a need for construction management we have the people power to make it happen. We cover property/grounds maintenance, minor interior and exterior construction, lawn mowing, snow removal and general building maintenance.
