CPM was founded by Lanier Pratt and Matt Benda in 2010 to manage their growing portfolio of rental properties and to bring high quality property and real estate asset management to Southern Minnesota. We have grown from a small 35 units to over 225 units in Albert Lea, Austin, Mankato and in numerous surrounding smaller towns as well as vacation homes in other states.
