Katherine’s job at CPM will be providing our management clients with personal service. She values relationships and will work with owners to ensure that their property is managed well and that all their goals are met by our staff. When clients are ready to update and improve their properties, Katherine can provide suggestions and project management that will increase property value and desirability for new tenants. Katherine’s experience in design comes from 15 years with her own art and design business.

Katherine is a lifelong learner, earning both bachelor’s and master’s degree and too many professional certifications to count. Her most recent work centered around women and children affected by domestic and sexual abuse at a Family Justice Center in NC. This work has taught her to listen well, to solve problems creatively and to support clients and be sensitive to their many unique needs.

Some fun facts about Katherine….. she’s a martial arts combative weapons instructor and 3rd generation student of Bruce Lee. Did you know that samurai were also accomplished creative artists? Katherine also facilitates therapeutic art activities for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Oprah even owns a piece of her work!
